The Border Fancy Canary Club of Victoria welcomes new members. For an annual subscription of $25, new members will be entitled to attend all monthly meetings, club shows and events as well as having access to purchase club rings for the identification of birds. New members will also be provided with a monthly newsletter and mentored by an experienced club member if required.
